Ariel Cheng
"I've always been into athletics and food! I was always doing one thing or the other...but never at the same time. When I finally found that balance, I wanted to create Gen Wellness and use its platform as a way to inspire people to focus on the mental benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Incorporating fitness and a nutritious diet has really transformed my mindset, and I can't wait to share my journey for everyone else to experience the same benefits. However, something I've learned is that "wellness" looks different to everyone. I want to help you all determine unique, personalize goals and find a realistic, sustainable way to live your best life.

"In Generation Wellness I mainly create our food content including TikToks and Instagram pics. I started focusing on my nutrition since I was 12, where my friend and I dare each other to become vegetarian as long as we could. This lead me to experiment with more vegetables and plant-based proteins to get me through the day. From what I've learned, I wanted to share a few tips and recipes that changed my view on food in hopes of sharing my passion for cooking with my community."

"To be completely honest, growing up I haven't been the most athletic and health-conscious person. I was more like the fat and chubby kid that sat on the sidelines eating a bag of chips, but that changed. I'm now a greek god that goes around helping people to improve their health and put more awareness on the potential health-effects that could happen if your lifestyle isn't optimized."
