Ingredients
1/3 cup Oat Flour
1/8 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Stevia/Sweetener
1 egg
1 egg white
Directions
Add all dry ingredients and mix with the eggs
On medium heat add butter to pan to prevent sticky-ness and pour 1/4 cup of batter at a time to form one pancake, once the batter begin to form bubbles on top flip over and cook for about 30 secs and serve
