Ingredients

1/3 cup Oat Flour

1/8 cup All Purpose Flour

1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 teaspoon Stevia/Sweetener

1 egg

1 egg white


Directions

  1. Add all dry ingredients and mix with the eggs

  2. On medium heat add butter to pan to prevent sticky-ness and pour 1/4 cup of batter at a time to form one pancake, once the batter begin to form bubbles on top flip over and cook for about 30 secs and serve

Ingredients

1 can of Chickpeas

2 cloves garlic

1/2 lime

6 tbsp water

2 tbsp olive oil

3/4 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp salt


Direction

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender, if the hummus is to dry or rough add more water until fully smooth

Ingredients

1/2 cup Old Fashion Oats

1/2 cup Milk of Choice

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Chia Seeds

Additional Toppings


Directions

1. In a airtight container mix together your oats, cinnamon, chia seeds

2. Add your milk of choice

3. Place the mix into fridge and leave overnight for it to soak in and ready to serve

4. Now decorate with your fruits and toppings
