Ingredients

1 can of Chickpeas

2 cloves garlic

1/2 lime

6 tbsp water

2 tbsp olive oil

3/4 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp salt


Direction

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender, if the hummus is to dry or rough add more water until fully smooth

Ingredients

1 Medium Sized Cucumber

1 Garlic Clove

1 pluck of Cilantro (optional)

1 tbs Soy Sauce

1 tbs Rice Vinegar

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp Sesame Oil


Directions

  1. Cut off the ends of the cucumber, then gently smash it so that the cucumber is not completely firm and proceed to cut into thick slices

  2. Mince one clove of garlic and place on top of chopped cucumbers

  3. In a separate bowl add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and sesame oil, mix and add on top of the cucumber and serve

  4. its optional to chop cilantro and serve on top

Ingredients

1 cup self rising flour

1 cup greek yogurt

1 egg (optional)


Directions

  1. Mix ingredients well until it forms a dough

  2. On a dusted surface dive your dough in 4 and shape into a ring

  3. On tin foil/ baking sheets oil then surface

  4. Coat with egg wash and add your toppings

  5. Cook in the airfryer at 180 degrees celsius for 4 minutes
