It's kinda crazy; these brownies taste as good or even better than normal brownies. I kid you not these are AMAZING.

Ingredients

1.5 cup Oat flour

1.5 Zucchini's

3/4 cup Sugar

1/2 Cocoa flour (I recommend hershey's)

1 tsp Baking powder

1/4 tsp Baking soda

1/3 tsp Salt

1/2 Cup plant milk

1/4 Cup coconut oil

1 Tbsp Vanilla extract


Directions


1.add oat flour(you can blend regular rolled oats), sugar, cocoa flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

2.shred all of the zucchini

3.blend zucchini, vanilla extract, plant milk and coconut oil until completely smooth

4. slowly incorporate, if batter is too dry add water

5.bake at 350F for 30 minutes



This Banana Bread is so yummy and moist. It's the perfect balance of natural sweetness, and the longer you have it in the fridge the sweeter it gets.

INGREDIENTS

3 large eggs

3 large very ripe bananas well mashed (1.5 cups)

1 Tbs Vanilla Extract

2 Tbs Honey

1 Tbs Cinnamon

1/4 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Baking Soda




DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F

2. Whisk together the eggs, mashed bananas, vanilla, and honey.

3. Gradually whisk in the almond flour, cinnamon, salt, and finally the baking soda.

4. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Gently tap the pan on the counter top to evenly distribute the batter.

5. Bake until browned and set, and a toothpick inserted in its center comes out dry, 35-40 minutes.

6. Cool the bread and enjoy

1/2 Banana

1 Egg

1 Tbs Peanut Butter

1 Tbs Maple Syrup

1/4 Tsp Baking Powder

1 Tsp Vanilla

1/4 Cup of Almond Milk

Choco Chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender then transfer to a bakeable container

  2. Bake at 175 Degrees Celsius for 15 Minutes
