Ingredients
1 Medium Sized Cucumber
1 Garlic Clove
1 pluck of Cilantro (optional)
1 tbs Soy Sauce
1 tbs Rice Vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
Directions
Cut off the ends of the cucumber, then gently smash it so that the cucumber is not completely firm and proceed to cut into thick slices
Mince one clove of garlic and place on top of chopped cucumbers
In a separate bowl add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and sesame oil, mix and add on top of the cucumber and serve
its optional to chop cilantro and serve on top
