Ingredients

1 egg

Splash of nut milk

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 slices whole wheat bread

1 tbsp Butter

Optional: Toppings of Choice


Directions

  1. whisk your egg, add a splash of milk of your choice, add cinnamon, vanilla

  2. Soak your bread in the egg mixture for 1-3 minutes and turn half way through

  3. Turn your stove on medium heat spread with butter and cook your bread on both sides till golden brown

  4. Add your toppings and enjoy!

I love this quick choco shell from @ballechurns that can be added to any cold item. Its a great way to may your average smoothie bowl feel like an ice-cream bar.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

1 Tsp Honey/Sweetener


Directions

  1. Mix ingredients to make the chocolate mixture (should be liquidy), add this to a smoothie or cold desert and wait for 10 seconds for the mixture to harden and become a chocolate shell

Ingredients

2 cups Pumpkin Puree

3 eggs

1/2 cup honey

1/2 tsp nutmeg

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ginger

dash of Salt

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 cup Milk of Choice



Directions

  1. mix together all ingredients

  2. grease a circular pan with oil or melted butter

  3. bake in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 40 minutes, let rest for 40 minutes (firmness better overnight in fridge) and serve
