No Added Sugar & Gluten-Free Pumpkin Pie

Despite all the healthy terms that make food seem bland, this recipe is full with flavor and no regrets.


Ingredients

2 cups Pumpkin Puree

3 eggs

1/2 cup honey

1/2 tsp nutmeg

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ginger

dash of Salt

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 cup Milk of Choice



Directions

  1. mix together all ingredients

  2. grease a circular pan with oil or melted butter

  3. bake in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 40 minutes, let rest for 40 minutes (firmness better overnight in fridge) and serve
