In no way am I exaggerating, this soup is the best tomato soup I ever had. It's also a healthy alternative to canned tomato soup filled with preservatives and sodium.
INGREDIENTS
1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
1/2 Yellow Onion
3 Tbsp Butter
1 cup Broth (can use water)
1/2 Tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
1. On medium heat cook your onions with a little oil until it turns transparent
2. Transfer Onions into a pot and add your butter, broth and tomatoes, let this cook uncovered for 15min-25min or until the soup thickens
3. Wait until the soup cools a little and transfer to a blender, pulse until smooth
