This recipe is great for sharing with friends and loved ones. Also a great recipe for a cheat day that's also sustainable. AIthough the not healthiest alternative, I promise you this recipe is great and tastes like a normal brownie.
Ingredients
(Dry Ingredients)
1 cup All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
(Wet Ingredients)
1/2 cup Vegan Butter (Melted)
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/3 cup Plant milk
3 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius
Mix together all dry ingredients
In another bowl combined the brown sugar and granulated sugar, then add your melted vegan butter and whisk till you have a smooth consistency and add the rest of your wet ingredients
In quarters, stir your dry mix into the wet ingredients and transfer your batter into a 8x8 inch pan
Bake for 30 mins or until your batter is fully cooked
